It's based on the RECOM REC1.5-0512DR/X1 you can by for example at [[http://www.pollin.de/shop/dt/NzA3ODQ2OTk-/Stromversorgung/Spannungswandler/DC_DC_Wandler/DC_DC_Wandler_RECOM_REC1_5_0512DR_X1.html|Pollin.de]]. The board has two control LEDs. Both are 2V, 1mA Low Current LEDs. For example an Arduino will do the job.
