===== PB101 Sync VCO ===== The Sync VCO is actually a pair of oscillators, a normal voltage controled oscillator and an other oscillator that syncronice the first one. It comes with a triangle and a square wave output.\\ In changing the capacitores one can change the range for the oscillators. The value should be between 10 and 50nF.\\ {{ :paper_bits:dsc_7600mic.jpg |}} {{:paper_bits:dsc_7692mic.jpg|}} The circuit is based on a classic Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). One can find for example the basic schematic in the data sheet of the [[http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm358-n.pdf|LM358 OpAmp]].\\ ---- ==== Schematic ==== That's the schematic for one oscillator:\\ {{:paper_bits:pb101_syncvco_schematic.jpg?400|}} ---- ===== Hardware ===== {{:paper_bits:front-vco.jpg?300|}} {{:paper_bits:back-vcos.t.jpg?300|}} ---- ==== Paper-PCB ==== **v5.4**\\ {{:paper_bits:pb101_syncvco_54.jpg?400|}}\\ {{ :paper_bits:pb101_syncvco_54.zip |}}\\ ---- ==== Parts ==== * **Resistors:** * 2x 1 kOhm * 4x 10 kOhm * 4x 12 kOhm * 2x 33 kOhm * 10x 51 kOhm * 2x 100 kOhm * **Capacitors:** * 1x 3.3 nF * 1x 10 nF * **Electrolytic Capacitors:** * 2 x 10µF * **Diodes:** * 2x BAT43 * **Semiconductors** * 2x BC547 transistor * 2x LM358 OpAmp * **Mechanical:** * 2x IC socket, 8pins * 1x pin strip 1x19 * 2x pin header, female 90° 1x3, 1x2 * 2x pin header, male 90° 1x3, 1x2 * 7x jumpers * 2x mini switch * **Potentiometers:** * 2x 10k * 1x 100k ---- ==== License ==== The PB101 Sync VCO was designed by **Wolfgang Spahn**, 2017-21.\\ It is licensed under a [[http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/"|Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License]].
